Payment Options
- You will receive an email confirmation after you have placed your order through our webshop.
- Advance Payment via bank transfer: Please wire the invoice total, using your order number as a reference, to our bank account which is mentioned in the order confirmation.
- After receiving your payment our accounting department will acknowledge recpeit by email.
- As soon as your order is completely ready for delivery, it will be shipped out.
- After handing over the shipment to the carrier you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Shipping to a DHL Packstation is not possible when paying with Credit Card.

- We can not offer delivery on invoice to private customers.
- We do deliver on invoice to commercial end users and resellers. The prerequisite for this is a positive credit check and at least three orders placed and paid for in advance, püaypal, Klarna or credit card.
- We also deliver to public institutions such as municipal administrations, hospitals, schools or universities on account. The prerequisite for this is an order with the official letterhead of your institution via email to business@lapstore.de. However, we reserve the right to refuse delivery on account. When placing your email order, refer to the offer in our webshop (article number) or include a screenshot of the desired device configuration. After your order you will receive an order confirmation from us.
Shipping inside Germany: DHL Paket
Inside Germany we ship everything (except TV sets) with DHL. For that purpose, we differentiate between Notebooks, TFT Displays and Desktop PCs, Complete PC Systems and other products.
Shipping to various member states of the European Union: DPD classic
Shipping to private customers and commercial end users: We deliver with DPD to France (excluding islands and overseas departments), the Netherlands and Austria. When it comes to shipping costs, we differentiate between notebooks, TFT monitors, desktop PCs and other items.
Shipping to commercial resellers: We deliver with DPD to Belgium, Denmark, France (excluding islands and overseas departments), Croatia, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain and Hungary. For shipping costs calculations we differentiate between notebooks, TFT monitors, desktop PCs and other items.
All shipments are insured for the amount of the order. We only ship LED televisions to Germany. We usually ship televisions as a DHL bulky goods package. We will deliver devices that we consider unsuitable for DHL bulky goods packages due to their size or for another reason at the same price with another shipping company of our choice.

The price shown applies to Belgium, Denmark, France (excluding islands and overseas departments), Croatia, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary. Regrettably, To all listed countries except Austria, Germany, France and Netherlands we cannot ship to end users anymore because of new EU trade barriers. However, we still ship to commerical resellers who can meet the respective importer's legal obligations in their respective country.
Exporting to Non-EU-Countries
If you want to export the goods outside the EU after you bought them, you might encounter legal export- and import-restrictions as well as customs duties and taxes. Please inquire conditions at your local customs office in advance. Please note that a simple customs stamp on the invoice for travel exports is not sufficient as proof of export for VAT refunding. You must fill out the form "Ausfuhr- und Abnehmerbescheinigung für Umsatzsteuerzwecke bei Ausfuhren im nichtkommerziellen Reiseverkehr", have it stamped by customs and pay attention to other details.
