Payment Options
- You will receive an email confirmation after you have placed your order through our webshop.
- Advance Payment via bank transfer: Please wire the invoice total, using your order number as a reference, to our bank account which is mentioned in the order confirmation.
- After receiving your payment our accounting department will acknowledge recpeit by email.
- As soon as your order is completely ready for delivery, it will be shipped out.
- After handing over the shipment to DHL or DHL Express you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Shipping to a DHL Packstation is not possible when paying with Credit Card.

- Attention! For health protection, DHL does not try to deliver COD packages to your door anymore. Instead, they are directly sent to the next DHL-agency, where you or your appointed agent has to pay&pick them up. [More information on corona provisions from DHL]
When shipping to a DHL Packstation, your grand total may not exceed 1500.00 EUR for COD.
Alternatively, you may pick up your order from our local store in Münster yourself. Simply choose "Pick-Up" as your shipping method. As soon as your order is ready for pick-up, your will receive an email. You may pay with your debit card (PIN needed!).
DHL Paket
We ship everything (except TV sets) with DHL. For that purpose, we differentiate between Notebooks, TFT Displays and Desktop PCs, Complete PC Systems and other products.
We only ship to Germany, Austria and the countries mentioned under 1!
Every shipment is insured to its order's worth. TV sets we ship to Germany only. We ship them as "DHL Sperrgutpaket" (bulky goods) most of the time, but some models which are very large or unsuitable for "DHL Sperrgut" for another reason, we may ship with another spedition of our choice for the same price.
DHL Express
We offer DHL Express as an alternate shipping method within Germany for deliveries of products that are available from stock. DHL Express will ship overnight, but we do not hand over to DHL Express on saturdays. Neither do we offer delivery on saturdays by DHL Express. You may only pay in advance via Credit Card, PayPal or Klarna.
For same-day processing of a DHL Express order, you need to place your order before 1:30 pm!

The indicated price applies to Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Repulic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (without islands nor overseas-departments), Greece, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia and Spain. Regrettably, To all listed countries except Austria, Germany, France and Netherlands we cannot ship to end users anymore because of new EU trade barriers. However, we still ship to commerical resellers who can meet the respective importer's legal obligations in their country.
Exporting to Non-EU-Countries
If you want to export the goods outside the EU after you bought them, you might encounter legal export- and import-restrictions as well as customs duties and taxes. Please inquire conditions at your local customs office in advance.
