Der MagSafe 2 Power Adapter kommt mit einem magnetischen Netzstecker. Falls also mal jemand darüber stolpert, löst sich die Kabelverbindung einfach und das MacBook Pro bleibt, wo es ist. Außerdem wird so auch das Kabel vor Beschädigung geschützt. Und der magnetische Netzstecker sorgt dafür, dass die Verbindung schnell und sicher hergestellt werden kann.
Bei korrekter Verbindung leuchtet eine LED-Anzeige an der Oberseite des Steckers: Orange bedeutet, dass das Notebook geladen wird, grün bedeutet, dass die Batterie voll geladen ist.
Das Netzteil ist der perfekte Reisebegleiter und hat ein durchdachtes Design. So kann das Kabel schön aufgewickelt und aufbewahrt werden.
Mit diesem Netzteil kann die Lithium-Polymer-Batterie geladen werden, wenn das System ein- oder ausgeschaltet ist oder sich im Ruhezustand befindet. Es versorgt den Computer außerdem mit Strom, wenn du ihn ohne Batterie verwenden möchtest.
